    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes, the product you receive will match the image shown on our website. We work hard to ensure all photos accurately represent the item’s colour, size, and features. In rare cases, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but the core product remains the same.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Your sales receipt will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also request a copy by contacting us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to resend it.

    How can I return an item?

    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Simply contact our support team at the following email: [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the return process. Returns are only accepted for items that remain sealed in their original packaging. For quality assurance reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they have a verified manufacturing defect. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.
